My role includes the management of our consultants working on the Iqaluit Nukkiksautiit Project, as well as scheduling and budgeting. Before starting this job, I had no connection to the North. I’ve grown to have a lot of respect for how much more challenging project development is, and how those challenges are reflected throughout daily life for Nunavummiut.
I studied Civil Engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Following completion of my degree, I started working on renewable projects all over Canada. These projects included wind, solar, and hydroelectric. The majority of my career has been spent in wind energy development.
