EIT
I moved to Iqaluit in 2023 after graduating from university and have visited four communities as part of my job. I’m passionate about supporting northern, remote communities transition to clean energy.
I lead the Anuriqjuak Nukkiksautiit Project – Nunavut’s first wind and battery energy storage project and the IOL Project. I oversee planning, manage all aspects of project controls, and serve as the primary liaison for contractors. I work with funders, coordinate with the electrical utility, and interface with the community. Previously, I worked as Technical Project Lead, working on rooftop solar microgrid projects and feasibility studies to support clean energy development in northern communities.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and am a Registered Engineer-in-Training with Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL). I’ve also completed work terms in ocean engineering, oil and gas, and business development.
